The hotel was a mixed experience overall. The room fell short of our expectations but was still acceptable for our needs. The service was a bit hit or miss, but the location was excellent with easy access to shopping and the beach. The dining options were decent, albeit lacking in some areas.

The location is convenient for those looking to be close to downtown Pattaya, but it's a bit of a walk to the noisy North Pattaya Road. The dining experience is decent, although staff enthusiasm and English could be improved. Overall, a stay here balances positives and negatives effectively.
